My unit started acting up after a few months, so I ended up having to use the warranty. They did replace the part in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but the whole thing moved slowly. I think I had to follow up twice, once while I was literally standing in my kitchen making coffee and wondering if they’d forgotten about me. The replies weren’t rude or anything, just not very quick. Overall, it got handled, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth or speedy process.

I’ve had my Air Oasis purifier for a few months now, and overall it feels like a solid little machine, well, not exactly little. The plastic doesn’t feel cheap, the buttons have a nice firm click, and there’s no weird rattling or buzzing when it’s running.
The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that the casing is a bit on the bulky side, and the filter door takes a little fiddling to get open. Nothing major, just slightly annoying. Still, it feels well made and I’m happy with it overall

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and for my home, it really seems to be helping with the dust. The shelves aren’t magically spotless or anything, but I’m definitely noticing less buildup than before. Cleaning feels a bit easier and less like I’m constantly starting over, so I’m happy with it so far.

It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but am I the only one who feels like it’s a bit too expensive for what you get? the price is the main thing holding me back from liking it more.

The packaging was mostly fine, but one corner of the box was slightly crushed :/ Nothing too bad, just noticed it when it arrived

I’ll give credit where it’s due: this was actually easy to set up. I took it out, followed the steps, and had it running quickly without digging through forums or watching some random tutorial. other companies should be embarrassed for making simple stuff feel like a weekend project. This one just worked, which is exactly how it should be.

I’m not saying it’s a bad product or anything, because the air in my place does feel better since I started using it. But I did notice my electric bill went up a little after running it every day. It’s not some huge deal, and maybe that’s just what happens if you use it a lot, but I do wish it was a bit more energy-friendly

I bought this hoping it would help with dust and those stale room smells, but i can’t say I noticed much. I ran it for several days, actually, almost nonstop, and the room still felt pretty much the same to me. Maybe it works better for other people, but in my case it was kind of disappointing...

My spring allergies were awful, and this has helped a lot. I’m sneezing less at night, and I don’t wake up feeling so stuffed up anymore. I’m really glad I gave it a try.

I noticed the air feeling cleaner way sooner than I thought I would!!! So far, I’m happy with it and it’s been doing a great job!!!

It works okay overall, no big complaints there, but wow, the smell when I first opened it was kind of weird. I almost thought something was wrong with it. Anyway, after a few days it faded a lot, so that was a relief. It’s usable now, just wish it didn’t have that strong smell in the beginning

I tried using airoasis.com i thought it would be simple at first, but then I kept getting turned around trying to find basic things. It wasn’t impossible, well, actually it kind of felt that way after a few minutes.

A few pages didn’t really make it obvious what I was supposed to click next, and the layout just felt a bit all over the place to me. Maybe someone else would figure it out faster, but I was getting annoyed quickly.

I ended up giving up before I even finished what I went there to do. I wanted to like it, or at least not mind it, but it just wasn’t a smooth experience for me.

I was expecting to have to dig around for the right replacement filters, but nope, they were easy to find and actually in stock, which is always a relief. Just one of those quick little errands that didn’t turn into a whole thing.

I’ve been using it in my apartment i do feel a little better with it on. The air seems cleaner to me, and I’m not as worried about germs floating around. I can’t say I have any real proof or anything, but it gives me some peace of mind. It’s not perfect, but overall I’m glad I got it.

I bought this for my bedroom because my asthma had been bothering me a lot at night. i wasn’t expecting much because I’ve tried other things before that made big promises and didn’t really do anything, so my trust was worn down. But after about a week, I noticed I wasn’t waking up coughing as often, and my chest didn’t feel as tight in the morning. It’s definitely not a miracle cure, but it did make my room feel easier to breathe in, and that was enough for me.

I ordered from airoasis.com and the product itself showed up in good condition, so that part was fine. The main issue for me was the shipping. Based on the experience, it took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update for a few days, which made me wonder if the package was stuck somewhere. In the end it arrived okay, just not as quickly or as clearly as I would’ve liked. Overall, not a bad experience, but the shipping updates could definitely be better.

They explained everything in plain English instead of throwing a bunch of techy stuff at me, which I really appreciated. The support person was patient too, even when I asked the same question twice lol. It’s all working fine now, so I’m happy with the help.
